Ryan Bonin

Ryan is a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region, and currently lives in Fonthill with his wife, Laura. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Music and Political Science, and a Master of Arts degree in Political Theory from Brock University. Ryan went on to obtain a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Following his Call to the Bar, Ryan returned to the Niagara Region and joined Sullivan Injury Law as an associate.
 
Ryan handles personal injury cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls and dog bites. He has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He has also assisted clients in the negotiation of private settlements.


Ryan understands auto insurance and accident-related injuries. He has access to a large network of healthcare professionals that provide timely access to treatment covered by accident benefits. He is also well aware of the strategies insurance companies use to deny claims and uses this knowledge to ensure his clients receive all of the benefits they are entitled to. 

Ryan is a compassionate advocate. He strives to provide his clients with the results they need to move past an injury event. He has helped his clients recover compensation for their pain and suffering, future care costs, economic losses and losses related to housekeeping and home maintenance. He has also facilitated structured settlements to ensure his clients achieve long-term financial security from their personal injury settlements.

In addition to personal injury law, Ryan can assist with preparing a Last Will and Testament, an important protection for your family. He can also prepare a Power of Attorney to allow your family to care for you and your financial affairs should you become incapacitated.
